Our work centres on the rental lifecycle: preparing a property for lease, finding and assessing applicants, coordinating the tenancy and planning what comes next. The services provided are agreed for each property and management arrangement.
What we do
Residential leasing and management
We support rental pricing, marketing, inspections and application assessment, followed by rent monitoring, maintenance coordination, routine inspections and renewal discussions. Owners receive advice and information to support their decisions throughout the tenancy.
Commercial leasing and management
We also provide commercial property leasing and management. Talk to our team about your premises, existing tenancy and requirements so we can explain the appropriate service scope and fees. Residential package inclusions should not be assumed to apply to commercial arrangements.

X-Pricing supports rental pricing and leasing strategy. X-Match helps organise and initially screen residential rental applications, with a property manager reviewing the information and the owner making the final selection. Our AI PM Assistant supports knowledge access and day-to-day follow-up. These tools assist the team; they do not replace professional judgement or owner decisions.
Clear processes and practical follow-up
Our workflows help organise the work around leasing, rental payments, maintenance, inspections and renewals. We aim to make the next step clear: what is happening, what information is needed and when the owner needs to make a decision.
Visibility for owners
Newlink uses PropertyMe to support owner access to property information and records. Statements, maintenance records and communication help owners follow the management of their investment. Ask the team which portal features and records are available for your property.
A service arrangement you can understand
Different properties and owners need different levels of support. We explain the service scope, inclusions, additional fees and applicable conditions before an arrangement is agreed. This gives you a clearer basis for comparing options and choosing the support you need.

We are building our foundation in Sydney before planned expansion into Melbourne and Brisbane. These are future expansion markets; our current service focus remains Sydney. Our growth plan centres on these capital-city markets in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
